Mark Herringshaw – The Flywheel of Productivity: How Christian Values Help “Get-‘er-Done’ in the Real World

As Christians we are committed out of obedience to follow the servant-leadership model outlined by Jesus. We do this as a matter of commitment, even if it costs us advantage. Yet amazingly, when we do advantage follows. In this session we’ll explore examples of individuals and organizations that have made Christian values and competitive advantage proving that obedience to Jesus pays immediate as well as eternal dividends!

Mark Herringshaw has spent three decades decoding the ciphers of individual performance, team chemistry and organizational excellence. His pioneering research into leader communication earned him a Ph.D. from Regent University. Mark also served as a local church pastor, a staff member of the PraiseFM radio network, and the board chair of YWAM’s alumni network. Mark is currently a partner with the GiANT Worldwide consultancy. Mark lives in St. Paul with his wife Jill. They have four children and three grandchildren.
