John Smith’s true story inspired the movie, Breakthrough. John, a 14 year old teenager, and two friends fell through an icy Missouri lake one winter morning. First responders pulled John from the icy water after 15 minutes. He was dead with no pulse. At the hospital, John laid lifeless for more than 60 minutes.
Invite someone to come along with you and hear Joyce Smith, John Smith and Pastor Jason Noble share the story of how God brought John Smith back to life. John would defy every expert, every case history, and every scientific prediction. Sixteen days after falling through the ice and being pronounced clinically dead for an hour John Smith walked out of the hospital on his own two feet, completely healed.
