Every day, Christians across our community walk into their workplaces carrying the light of Christ—but too many are walking alone.At The Unity Foundation, our mission is to encourage and facilitate unity in Christ in the Alexandria area through workforce ministry. We equip people to live out their faith at work with confidence, integrity, and boldness.

What Your Partnership Supports

Faith@Work Circles: Small groups for business owners, employees, nonprofit leaders, and young professionals to grow in faith, build deep relationships, and receive real-time encouragement and accountability.
Quarterly Gatherings: Events that unite the local marketplace under the banner of Christ through prayer, teaching, and shared stories of transformation.
Leader Training: Equipping Christians to lead Bible studies, host prayer groups, and become spiritual influencers in their workplaces.
Spiritual Care: Chaplain support, prayer ministry, and pastoral encouragement to those carrying heavy workplace burdens.
