Faith@Work Circles are small, facilitated groups for people in the workforce who want to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and be encouraged to live out their faith in everyday work life. These Circles bring together people from different industries, roles, and seasons of life to learn from one another, pray together, and navigate faith at work with integrity and courage.You don’t have to figure out faith at work alone.
What to Expect
- Small Groups of 6–8 people from diverse, multi-generational sectors
- Bi-weekly Meetings at a time and place your group agrees upon
- Equipping Content provided by The Unity Foundation on servant leadership, identity in Christ, prayer, etc.
- Peer-led format with discussion guides and support from Unity Foundation
- Prayer + Accountability in every session to strengthen both personal and professional growth
- Free to participate and there is no homework
Session Dates & Commitment
Winter/Spring Session
- Begins the week of February 16–20
- Concludes the week of April 27–May 1
Faith@Work Circles operate on a quarterly commitment, with the option to opt out at the end of each quarter.
Who Faith@Work Circles Are For
Faith@Work Circles are open to:
- Employees, managers, business owners, and nonprofit professionals
- Young professionals, mid-career individuals, and seasoned leaders
- Anyone who wants to integrate faith and work in a thoughtful, Christ-centered way
You do not need to have experience sharing your faith at work to participate.
